"That's because of my stupid brother and Kim Junsu," Changmin scoffed.
"Have you ever thought about being caught?" Jaejoong whispered. Changmin turned to look at Jaejoong and noticed a slight shiver go down the boy's body. He sighed exasperatedly and pulled off his coat, placing it over the boy's thin shoulders,
"Do you really want to catch a cold?"
"Don't change the subject," Jaejoong pouted. Changmin turned around and looked down at the cars below,
"I have."
"You have?" Jaejoong looked at the taller boy. Changmin nodded,
"But I decided afterwards not to think about such depressing thoughts. I hate feeling guilty."
Jaejoong chuckled and wrapped the coat around him tighter, "I know what you mean. I hate the feeling too. It makes me feel bad for them."
"You're just too soft," Changmin smirked. Jaejoong sneered and slapped the other boy's arm,
"I am not. You saw how I dealt with Ara. Did you think I was soft then?"
"No, you just hated her for calling you pretty and that it's the only thing you got going for you," Changmin said. Jaejoong rolled his eyes,
"I'm smart too. She acts all high and mighty just because she's Student Council President and the Principal's daughter. I doubt her grades are any higher than mines."
"Well, actually she is . . ." Changmin winced when his ear was pulled,
"Ow! Kim Jaejoong!"
"I will never acknowledge the fact that she was just one point higher than me on our last exam," Jaejoong huffed in anger.
"You just did," Changmin flinched when he felt the slap on his arm again,
"Yah! Are you trying to turn my arm, black and blue?!"
Jaejoong smiled and pushed himself away from the railing, putting some distance between them,
"Maybe."
"Yah! Kim Jaejoong! You said that you were going to play video games with me!" Changmin ran after the older boy when he noticed Jaejoong making his escape.
"I changed my mind!" Jaejoong shouted back. Changmin shook his head in amusement at his boyfriend's random antics, but continued to chase after the older boy anyway. He still needed his coat back.

"Did Jaejoong see you do it?" Yoochun asked once they gave the lipstick sample over to Hangeng to do a test on it. Junsu shook his head,
"No. I made sure that no one was around when I did it."
Yoochun nodded, "That's good. Also, did you see Jung Yunho when you walked in?"
Junsu looked at Yoochun with a frown, "Jung Yunho?"
"The detective that came to our school, he was here," Yoochun said. Junsu's eyes widened,
"Wait, so Changmin's brother was here?"
"Yeah. I wonder if he knows that Changmin is one of the killers," Yoochun said and Junsu frowned,
"That would be devastating for him to find out."
"I'm planning on telling him the truth," Yoochun whispered.
"What? Why?" Junsu asked in alarm. Yoochun shrugged,
"I just want to see how he deals with it. I want to see what kind of choice he's going to choose; lock his brother up with a chance of Changmin going on death row or risk his job in protecting a criminal."
"If I were him, I would risk my job to protect my brother," Junsu whispered. Yoochun narrowed his eyes,
"And that's why you're weak. Because you're like this, that's why they were able to frame you with the murder. They don't care who they hurt. All they want is to kill people for their own gains. I doubt they even feel the slightest bit of sorry for using you like they did."
Junsu looked down at his lap in silence. He bit his lip,
"But they're human too . . . It's not like they can help it . . ."
"Junsu . . . are you hearing yourself? Don't tell me you're on their side? I thought you wanted revenge, that you wanted your name cleared?" Yoochun hissed. He really couldn't understand Junsu. Why was the boy getting soft now?
"Yoochun . . ." Junsu began but another voice interrupted their conversation,
"Here are the results. It's exactly as you said, it's the same lipstick used on the victims."
Yoochun looked up at Hangeng and thanked the man before looking down at the paper with a smile,
"We finally have proof."
But Junsu was still unsure about everything.

Yunho was nervous. He never had a reason to be nervous while he was in the same room as Changmin or Jaejoong. But tonight was different from those other times. Tonight, he had planned on telling the truth, and that alone was reason enough to feel the jittery nerves.
"I'm home!"
He looked up expectantly as his brother and Jaejoong walked into the living room. Jaejoong nodded his head in acknowledgement,
"Hey, Yunho. I hope you like Kimchi Jiigae . . ."
"Jaejoong, I'm Korean. Of course I like it," Yunho chuckled and took the pot of stew from the boy's hands. Jaejoong flushed in embarrassment,
"Right."
"If I didn't know better, you were just flirting with my brother right now, weren't you?" Changmin nudged Jaejoong in the ribs. Jaejoong sneered,
"Your eyes must be getting worse."
Yunho chuckled at the sight. If he hadn't found out that his brother was gay, nor that he pieced together the relationship between his brother and Jaejoong, he would've mistaken the interaction as something a friend would tease another friend. But since he did know, he could see it as a form of jealousy coming from his brother.
"Come on now, don't fight," Yunho smiled.
"We're not fighting," Changmin huffed and Jaejoong just smirked,
"See how cute he is?"
"Yeah . . ." Yunho whispered looking now at the intimate interaction between Jaejoong and his brother. How was he going to tell them?
-x-
"Thanks for inviting me," Jaejoong said once they finished their dinner. Yunho chuckled,
"It's no problem."
"I'll help with the dishes," Changmin offered when Jaejoong walked into the kitchen with the dirty plates. Yunho caught his brother's elbow,
"Can we talk now?"
Changmin furrowed his brow,
"Now?"
Yunho glanced over to the kitchen and then back to his brother with a nod,
"Now."
"So it's something that you don't want Jaejoong to hear," Changmin muttered.
"Kind of, but also because he offered to do the dishes and the news that I'm about to tell you, might distract him from doing that," Yunho said.
Changmin narrowed his eyes curiously at his older brother,
"What do you mean by that?"
"Changmin . . ." Yunho exhaled a breath and continued,
"I know."
"Know? About what?" Changmin questioned. Yunho winced. He could tell that his brother was tense and could explode at any moment,
"I . . . I know that you're the Lipstick Murderer . . ."
Changmin's eyes hardened at the words,
"So you did see it."
Yunho immediately understood what his brother meant,
"I did."
Yunho didn't see it coming at all. His body crashed into the chair behind him, knocking it over with a loud clatter.
"What's going on -- Oh my god, Yunho! Are you okay? What are you doing, Changmin?!" Jaejoong shouted, running into the dining room and going over to the fallen man.
"He knows, Jaejoong. And yet, he brazenly asked us to have dinner together with him," Changmin spat, glaring at his brother when Jaejoong helped Yunho stand on his feet.
"Know about what? And even so, you can't do that to your brother!" Jaejoong shouted.
"Jaejoong, he knows. He knows that we killed them," Changmin said, pinning his brother with his gaze. Jaejoong froze in his spot,
"What?"
"It's not an interrogation," Yunho started to say, but Changmin interrupted him,
"Bullsh*t."
"Changmin! Don't curse!" Jaejoong scolded. He couldn't believe this was happening right now.
"It's true, isn't it? You wanted to make it seem like you're on our side, but in reality you're not. You want me behind bars? Then here!" Changmin shoved his hands toward his brother,
"Lock me up! Do it!"
"Changmin," Yunho started but Changmin scoffed,
"Can't do it? Hah!"
"Changmin!" Jaejoong scolded the younger boy. Changmin sneered and turned away, snatching his coat from the coat rack and reached for the front door.
"Changmin, where do you think you're going?" Yunho said. He was desperately trying to remain calm. He hadn't predicted that Changmin would blow up like this. He thought Changmin would be a bit more rational.
"Out, since you don't have the guts to handcuff me."
"Changmin!" Jaejoong shouted again when the other boy slammed the door behind him. He turned to Yunho and mumbled a quick apology before following after his boyfriend. Yunho slumped into a nearby chair and rubbed the bridge of his nose. He mentally felt like he had aged ten years. He seriously didn't know what to do.

"Changmin! Wait!" Jaejoong wheezed. He had been running after the younger boy for about five minutes now. Changmin finally stopped, his legs turning to jelly and collapsed in the middle of the sidewalk. Jaejoong finally reached the boy and noticed that Changmin was crying.
"Changmin . . ."
"Don't," Changmin muttered in between sniffles, "I don't want to hear it."
"Okay," Jaejoong knelt down next to the boy and pulled the boy to his chest, "Okay."
Minutes passed and Changmin's tears stopped, but he remained quiet. He lifted his head from his boyfriend's comforting arms,
"Do you think it was fair, Jaejoong?"
Jaejoong looked softly at the other boy, "Fair about what?"
"That I acted rashly without letting him tell me his side of the story?"
Jaejoong smiled, "Would you like the truth or the sugar-coated lie?"
Changmin smiled but hid it with a push to the older boy's shoulder and getting up to his feet,
"Tch, nevermind."
Jaejoong got up from the sidewalk as well, watching Changmin walk away for a few seconds before speaking,
"Where are you going?"
"The park. I'm sure the benches there are long enough to accommodate my body," Changmin answered back, his footsteps never stopping. Jaejoong frowned. So Changmin wasn't planning on going back home. He bit his lip and ran after the boy,
"You can sleep over at my house. I don't think my family will mind."
He knew that his plan worked because Changmin's steps were much slower now.
"You don't have to worry about anything tonight, okay? Just rest," Jaejoong assured his boyfriend. Changmin nodded mutely and followed the path to Jaejoong's house. Now, he just needed to avoid his brother as long as possible.

A/N: So, the reason I uploaded this a day early was because I needed my reader's input on something. And I really need it before I can continue writing for future chapters. So, there are two choices and for the life of me, I can't choose between the both of them. So I want you readers to do the choosing for me. Do you want a YooSu angst smut (it won't be too graphic since it's been a while) or do you want to take pity on Junsu and just give him the attention he deserves? Which one will it be?

"You know, this is the first time where we actually had time to relax," Jaejoong breathed, leaning against the railing overlooking the busy highway.
