Yes, I've heard two different things from Jaejoong himself. In the first couple talk, he said that Changmin's mom complained about him teasing and hitting Changmin and then during their trip to France, Jaejoong stated that he had dinner with Changmin's parents. (DBSK Bonjour in Paris Part 11/12). So maybe Changmin's mom decided to forgive Jaejoong after his apologies ...
(Not sure how they are currently because of the lawsuit, but ... we can never know.)
