A/N: I apologize for taking so long to upload this. I had finished writing this chapter a week ago, but the editing process was the problem. For the past week, I tried to edit the chapter but I kept putting it off because watching videos and playing games was much more fun than editing this. Eventually, I finally buckled down and edited the whole thing in one sitting. So, once again, I apologize for making you wait.

"You're really nosy, you know that? So, tell me. Did you find what you were looking for?" Junsu asked once they were out by the bench near the auditorium. Yoochun stared, searching the other's face before speaking levelly,

"I did. But I wanted you to explain some things to me first, like what was Jaejoong's relationship with Hyunjoong and why did he referred to Changmin as Hyunjoong? What makes Hyunjoong so special to him?"

Junsu scoffed at him, "You don't even know the answer to these questions, and yet you say that you were able to find what you were looking for? Was it a lie to get me to spill everything?"

"I know that Jaejoong and Hyunjoong are fraternal twins, but their relationship was more than that, wasn't it?" Yoochun questioned. He noticed the other boy biting at his bottom lip nervously with brows slightly furrowed in thought.

"No. There wasn't anything more. They were as close as siblings could be. That's it. Don't look into their relationship as anything more than that."

Yoochun stepped closer, his confidence on the matter strengthening when he realized that he was breaking the invisible walls around the boy's resolve.

"Tell me the meaning behind this obsession that Jaejoong has with Hyunjoong."

Yoochun watched the boy's eyes widened at the word. He was surprised that Junsu even knew what the word meant.

"H-How do you know?" Junsu stuttered in shock.

"This obsession, this want ... Does that mean Jaejoong was sexually attracted to his brother?" Yoochun wondered to the boy in front of him, who seemed to be having a slight mental breakdown. At the sight of the boy's troubled expression, it gave him the confirmation he needed and he scoffed in disbelief,

"So he did love him more than a brother, didn't he?"

"You're disgusted, aren't you?" Junsu said, finally finding his voice. Yoochun looked over at the other boy,

"What?"

"That's what Jaejoong told me," Junsu seethed, "He told me that you found the act of siblings having sexual feelings for each other, disgusting."

Yoochun stared hard at Junsu, but he didn't deny the words that came from the boy's mouth. He still believed that it was wrong and disgusting to have feelings for a sibling like one would do for a lover.

"Hi. I'm Yoochun, your new roommate," Yoochun stuck his hand out in greeting. But the older boy just stared right through him with a nonchalant expression. He let his outstretched hand fall back to his side and the awkward tension only grew from there.

Everyday, he would try to engage in a conversation with the older boy in hopes to get him to open up, but he was met with silence. Eventually, he stopped trying altogether. He didn't want to waste his time forging a relationship with someone who clearly didn't want to become friends with him in the first place. But after a month of no communication between his new roommate, he was finally given a chance.

It had been way past midnight, when he was awakened from his sleep to sounds of crying and shouting.

"Nightmare?" he mumbled to himself in the darkness. He peered through the darkness to the other side of the room where his roommate was. When the crying and screaming continued, he got out of bed and made his way over there. As he got near, he was able to make out a name in the mess of mumbles and sobs.

"Hyunjoong?" Yoochun frowned at the name and reached out tentatively to touch the older boy on the shoulder before nudging him awake,

"Hyung ... Jae-hyung! Wake up! It's just a dream!"

He saw the boy stop and sit up quickly in the darkness.

"Hyunjoong? Is that you?" Yoochun heard the boy talk for the first time.

"No ... It's me, Yoochun."

"Oh ... Right ... Sorry, you can go back to sleep," Yoochun heard the boy whisper. He waited a few seconds for the boy to go back to sleep, before he returned to his side of the room and settled between the covers, wondering who the hell was Hyunjoong.

-x-

The next day, when he was eating lunch by himself, a body sat down in the seat across from him. He looked up in surprise at his roommate sitting there.

"I'm Jaejoong, although you seemed to already know that," the boy said. Yoochun felt a light fluttering in his chest, ecstatic at the fact that the boy was finally talking to him. He swallowed the food in his mouth and greeted,

"I'm Yoochun."

For the first time, he saw the older boy smile.

"I know. You don't have to introduce yourself twice."

"Why ..." Yoochun began, "Why did you decide to suddenly want to talk to me? I thought there was something you didn't like about me, that made you not trust me?"

"Trust is one of the reasons why I hesitated in befriending you. I didn't want to open myself up to someone who could potentially hurt me. But last night, proved to me that you could be trusted," Jaejoong whispered. Yoochun cocked his head to the side and pursed his lips,

"Last night ..?"

The image of the older boy crying and screaming in his sleep flashed through his mind.

"Usually when I have these nightmares, people tend to get scared of me and demand that they change rooms with me," Jaejoong continued,

"But you ... you haven't left yet. Why is that? Aren't you afraid that you'll lose sleep from my screams?"

"But they're just nightmares, aren't they? Everyone has them from time to time. Hell, even I do. So I don't see what's the problem," Yoochun said with a shrug.

"And that's why I've decided to open up to you. Because you were calm, unlike my previous roommates who only told me to shut up," Jaejoong said.

"Then they're not human beings. If someone is in distress, you have to help them. Isn't that just human nature? Yoochun wondered. Jaejoong frowned,

"Distress? What's that?"

"Oh, it's a word I learned from my mother. She told me that distress is when someone looks as if something is bothering them. When you see someone like that, you have to help them. At least, that's what my mom told me," Yoochun explained.

"I see ... " Jaejoong nodded and smiled, "I guess your mother taught you well."

-x-

"So, your sixteenth birthday is coming up ... Are you scared of what you have to do for the sake of the government?" Yoochun conversed one night when they had returned back to their dorm room after dinner.

"Not really. I think the breeding process will have more pressure on the female rather than on the male. I remembered when I was three-years old, one of my older sisters who was almost due to give birth, was groaning in pain, saying that the contractions hurt. All the males have to do, is implant their sperm into the female's body and that's it. Our job is done. But the females have to do a lot more than that. They have to take care of themselves and be extremely careful of what they put into their bodies to help ensure that the baby will be born healthy," Jaejoong said.

"You seem to know a lot about what happens during the breeding process," Yoochun chuckled.

"Well, having grown up with eight older sisters, you're bound to know what happens after the breeding session ends," Jaejoong scoffed.

"Thankfully, I don't have any older sisters. But I'm not sure if I have any younger sisters and that's what's so messed up with our government. I understand what they're doing, even though I don't agree with their methods on increasing our population. But what's flawed about their plan, is the fact that they hadn't considered the idea of incest happening between the two worlds. Do you know what incest is, hyung?" Yoochun looked over at the older boy, who in turn, looked back at him blankly,

"That's when siblings have feelings for each other and engage in sexual acts with each other. It's disgusting just thinking about it. What if you don't realize that the girl you're having sex with, is your sister? What will happen to the baby if she gets pregnant? Will it come out normal? Deformed? I think the government should develop a system where they can keep track of whose child is who, so that people don't accidentally inbreed with those of their own blood," Yoochun rambled on, not realizing that the older boy wasn't listening to him anymore.

Jaejoong quietly stared down at his hands that were clasped in his lap and felt the anxiety build up inside of him as the shame washed over. He couldn't even look up at Yoochun in fear of the boy finding out his disgusting secret.

"Don't you agree, hyung?" Yoochun wondered, finally focusing on the older boy. Jaejoong looked up and cracked a small smile,

"Yeah ... I agree."

-x-

"Is that why he wanted me to change rooms? Because he was in love with his brother and I didn't approve of that type of love?" Yoochun asked after finally piecing everything together.

"That's right," Junsu tilted his chin up and glared, "He felt betrayed. He thought that you were different from the others, but in the end, you were just like them."

"All this time I thought he kicked me out because he wanted to spend more time with you, his boyfriend," Yoochun covered his mouth in disbelief.

"That was part of the reason, but it was mostly because he couldn't trust you anymore," Junsu said.

"Then what about you? Being his boyfriend takes a lot more trust on Jaejoong's part. So, how did you get to that level of closeness? What did you do to prove that you can be trusted that much?" Yoochun scowled. He was frustrated. Just what made Junsu so much better than him?

"He still calls you his soulmate from time to time, so there's no reason for you to go this far to understand how Jaejoong's mind works," Junsu said, blowing him off. But Yoochun was stubborn and stopped him when he walked past,

"Junsu."

"Look," Junsu turned to him, "You got your answer. So, don't try to dig up something that's not there in the first place."

Yoochun stumbled back when Junsu shook him off and headed back to the dorms. Yoochun sat down on the bench and raked his hands through his hair, wondering if he should go through with his curiosity or just ignore it altogether.

-x-

Back in the dorms, Jaejoong kept himself busy with homework while he waited for Junsu to return from his talk with Yoochun. He jumped in shock when he heard the door slam open and closed. He turned around at the desk to see his angry boyfriend storming at him.

"Junsu, what --"

He was pulled roughly from his chair and pushed onto the bed before being straddled by the other boy. He watched his boyfriend pull off his shirt before ordering him to take his off as well. Jaejoong wanted to laugh at how commanding the younger boy was. However, the serious look on the other's face had him worried and wondered if the talk he had with Yoochun, didn't turn out the way he had expected. So he complied, reaching down to grab at the hem of his shirt. But apparently Junsu thought he was moving too slow, so the boy decided to take it upon himself to rid him of his garments instead.

"Hey!" Jaejoong glared when his shirt was pulled harshly over his head and his pants pulled down along with his boxers.

"Why are you so angr --" Jaejoong began and smacked his head on the headboard when the other pushed him down to get himself situated in between his legs.

"Ouch ..." Jaejoong groaned and sat up on his elbows to rub at the sore spot on his head, then he realized that Junsu was lining himself up without preparation,

"Wait! Stop!"

Jaejoong keened in pain when the other pushed in and didn't stop until he was balls deep. He could feel the tears pricking at the corner of his eyes,

"Ow ... You idiot!"

But Junsu didn't apologize. Instead, he pulled out and thrust back in, trying to ride out all of his frustrations. Jaejoong tried to get himself into the mood as well, but he couldn't. The place where he was intimately connected with the younger boy, was throbbing with immense pain. There was no way he could get off from just Junsu fucking him, so he reached down to his neglected cock and jerked himself off in time with the harsh thrusts. He came not a moment later after he felt his boyfriend come inside him.

When they both managed to catch their breaths minutes later, Jaejoong pushed the other boy off and sat up to punched his boyfriend in the arm,

"Yah! Is this the first time that you're having sex with me?! How could you not prep me first?!"

"Sorry," Junsu whispered, picking at the loose threads on the bedsheet. Jaejoong scoffed and let his anger simmer down before he sighed,

"What happened with Yoochun? You were fine when you left earlier and now you come back wanting angry sex."

"It's nothing," Junsu whispered again with a pout.

"It didn't look like it was nothing," Jaejoong said and saw Junsu cast his eyes down.

"Please, I don't want to talk about it," Junsu whispered again. Jaejoong sighed and leaned his head on the other's shoulder,

"Fine ... But the next time you want to let your anger out on me, prep me first."

Junsu flushed with guilt and nodded,

"I'll try to remember that."

"Jaejoong looks back to normal," Yunho pointed out when he spotted Junsu and Jaejoong walking into the Dining Hall. Changmin looked up from his dinner to see the older boy chatting happily with his boyfriend. Yunho watched his expression carefully,

"Do you happen to know why he was acting that way last month? It was like he was possessed or something."

"I love you so much, Changmin-ah, and yet you don't even know."

"No. I have no idea," Changmin whispered and focused on his meal instead. Yunho pursed his lips and looked between the happy couple and the boy across from him before he smiled,

"Okay, changing topics ... Do you still want to visit Jihyo-sshi later?"

"Of course!" Changmin said aghast, "Why would I change my mind about that? It's difficult to see her as it is ... If the government didn't separate us like this, I would be next to her everyday."

Yunho chuckled, "I was just making sure."

"Can we go after dinner?" Changmin wondered, but Yunho shook his head,

"Can't. We have to wait until everyone goes to sleep. I'll come pick you up in a few hours and then we'll leave to see her. Okay?"

Changmin grinned and nodded, "Okay. I'll be waiting then."

Yunho looked down at his watch and pushed away from the table, "I'll go ahead and tell Jihyo-sshi that you're visiting later. Now, finish eating."

"I know that without you even telling me," Changmin frowned and continued eating while Yunho left the Dining Hall.

-x-

Yunho headed out of the building and towards the border. The moment he crossed it, he was met with the female guards who let him through with a nod. Immediately, he went in search of Jihyo and found her dorm room with the help of some female officers. With his fist raised in mid-knock, he stopped at the sound of two voices on the other side of the door; a male and a female. He looked around the hallway for any lingering officers before pressing his ear against the door and listened in to the conversation that was taking place on the other side.

"I see our baby is starting to show ... I hope you're taking care of yourself, Jihyo-sshi ... for the sake of our precious baby," Yunho was surprised to hear his floor officer's voice.

"Don't touch me. You've already laid your claim on me, so don't pretend like you care about me," Jihyo snapped. Yunho heard the sound of a slap and he clenched his hands.

"You're right, I don't care about you. All I care about, is making sure that the baby inside of you will grow up to have my genes. And just so you know, Jihyo-sshi ... If the baby doesn't turn out to be a boy, I'll make sure that the next time around it is."

Yunho jerked away at the sound of footsteps approaching the door and made his way down to the end of the hall where he hid behind a corner. He watched his floor officer exit the room and walked towards his direction. He cursed lightly under his breath, wondering where he could hide when a hand pulled at his arm into a nearby room. Yunho stared in surprise at Yuri who held a finger to her lips. They both waited until they heard the elevator doors open with a ding and closed with a shut.

Yunho let out his held breath and smiled at the girl,

"Thank you, Yuri-sshi. I don't know what I would've done if you weren't around."

The girl smiled, "I guess it was a good thing that I was at the right place at the right time, right?"

"Yes ..." Yunho ducked his head sheepishly.

"So, what are you doing here? Did you need to talk to Jihyo-sshi about something?" Yuri cocked her head.

"Yeah. I wanted to tell her that Changmin wanted to visit her tonight and ask if it was okay. But I wasn't sure if she would be available," Yunho said. Yuri chuckled,

"Don't worry. She's not as busy as she used to be because of her unborn baby. She'll be making her rounds in an hour, so he can come around 10 o'clock. But you should go back to your side or people might question why you're loitering around here without a real reason to be. Now go. I'll make sure to relay the message to Jihyo-sshi. I'm sure she'll be happy to see her lover."

"Then, I'll leave it in your hands?" Yunho asked. Yuri nodded,

"Yup! Leave it to me!"

-x-

"Do you want me to stay with you? In case you need my help to get back?" Yunho wondered to Changmin when 10 o'clock finally came around.

"Don't you have somewhere else you need to be? Like making up with Yoochun-hyung?" Changmin frowned. Yunho nudged the younger boy in the shoulder,

"Hey, if you didn't want me to come with you, you could've said so. Why did you have to bring in Yoochun?"

"Because, this misunderstanding between you two could easily be solved, if both of you could throw away your pride and just talk. But instead, you're both stubborn in the head, and purposely ignoring the other person in hopes that the other would be the first one to apologize," Changmin scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"That's not true -- " Yunho began to say, but the glare from the younger boy made him stop in his tracks,

"Okay, so you figured us out ... But I can't afford to let my plan get ruined ... If Yoochun knew why I had betrayed him in the first place, sure he would understand where I'm coming from ... But would that heal the emotional scar in his heart from the punishment he received? I doubt it ... So, I'm not sure what good it would do if I tell him the truth."

"Emotional scar or not ... Your relationship was ruined because you decided to keep a secret from him. In a relationship, there's no such thing as a secret, since it'll be found out sooner or later," Changmin said as they finally arrived in front of Jihyo's dorm room.

"So you think that if I tell him my plan, it'll bring us back to what we used to be?" Yunho wondered. Changmin sighed,

"Not hundred percent. As you've said, his emotional scar will still remind him of what you've done ... but knowing the truth behind your actions, will help lessen the pain and the resentment he has for you."

Yunho couldn't help but listen with wonder at the words that was tumbling from the younger boy's mouth. He chuckled in disbelief,

"Are you sure you're only seventeen?"

"Yes, hyung. I am. Now can you leave? I want to have some alone time with Jihyo-nuna," Changmin said and knocked on the door.

"Fine, but I'll come back and get you in thirty minutes," Yunho reminded the other boy and headed for the elevator to leave the two lovebirds alone.

-x-

Jihyo quickly pulled on a thick sweater when she heard a knock on her door. She hoped that the extra layer of clothing would be enough to cover the baby bump that was beginning to show. With one last look in the mirror, she went to answer the door. At the sight of the younger boy, she unconsciously ran her hand over her stomach to check and see if the baby bump was noticeable. But when Changmin said nothing in particular, she felt relieved and smiled,

"No one spotted you?"

"No. Yunho-hyung helped me get through security," Changmin said and stepped into the room when Jihyo moved back to let him in. Immediately, he spotted some yellow items on the table and yellow paint on the walls. Even the bed covers were a shade of yellow.

"You know, I would have never thought that yellow was your favorite color," Changmin teased and noticed the older girl blushing at his observations. He found the shy expression, cute and stepped closer, his hand automatically finding its place on her hip. He stared in confusion when she jerked away from his touch. A nagging thought wormed its way into his mind and he wondered if he was going too fast.

"I'm sorry," Changmin confessed. Jihyo raised her brow,

"For what?"

"The other day ... I made you upset and it was insensitive of me. I was only thinking of myself at the time and didn't consider what it might do to your position. But now, I know better."

Jihyo smiled and sat down on the edge of her bed,

"I'm glad you finally understand, Changmin-ah. I know it's tough. This is the reason why the government doesn't want to expose us to these feelings of love. Love is addicting and it can cloud our sense of reasoning and judgment. When love affects two people, they will only be able to fixate on the other person and nothing else. That is the complete opposite of what the government wants to achieve. Yes, the government has stated time and time again, that they want to overpopulate the country, but really, their main objective is to create diversity amongst our people."

"Diversity?" Changmin frowned.

"Yes. Have you heard of the term, natural selection?" Jihyo asked. Changmin nodded,

"I learned that in class. Isn't that when organisms evolve, they developed certain characteristics that help them to survive in their environment?"

"To put it simply, yes," Jihyo said, "It can be applied in the same context with us humans. Through procreation with different people, you create diversity. This has been going on even since the Joseon era. I've recently gotten my hands on the statistics that they did back then and I was surprised by how many infant deaths were recorded. On the documents, it is said that the main reason for the infant's immediate death, was because it had been born with physical deformities."

"But that's unfair! Sure, they may not grow up to be perfect like those without such abnormalities, but they still have feelings and that should be enough to give them a chance at life!" Changmin was angry.

"You're right, but by now we should know what the government is like, and it's almost normal for them to do things like this and it's sad. I think everyone should be allowed to feel love and live life to the fullest, even if they won't be able to function properly like most people. That's why I'm going to do my best to break this government down and change the rules of this country."

"I love you," Changmin suddenly confessed, shocking both himself and Jihyo. Jihyo chuckled at the embarrassed look on his face,

"Why? Are you entranced by my enthusiasm?"

"I just thought that since you've been exposed to this unfair environment for so long, that you would've let yourself become one of the government's mindless robots," Changmin said.

Jihyo shook her head, "I couldn't, even if living life in this country seems daunting and everyday life ends up being like a routine, I still have my mother to live for and my will to find my little brother."

"You ... still have contact with your mother?" Changmin whispered, suddenly wishing he could be with his mother as well.

"Well, based on the government's "system", it's natural for the mothers and daughters to still be in contact, because it is the sons who have to be separated from the mother rather than the daughters. I'm sure every mother feels like half of her soul has been taken away when their sons are ripped away from them at a young age, and it was very traumatizing for both my mother and I when we had our own family member taken away from us. I was seven when he was born and my mother told me that he was my biological brother. I didn't believe her at first because nobody I knew had a biological sibling, but when I got to spend time with him, I started to feel lucky to have a sibling that had the same blood as me," Jihyo smiled nostalgically and then perked up,

"By the way, you're seventeen this year, aren't you?"

"Yes," Changmin answered, wondering what his age had to do with her story.

"I was eleven-years old when they took him away from us, so he would be the same age as you are right now."

"That's strange, what's his name? Maybe I know him?" Changmin asked.

"I hope you don't freak out, but his name is Changmin as well," Jihyo whispered.

"Well, I can't lie and say that it's not weird to have someone who shares the same name as me, but I bet it's even more weird for you to have a boyfriend who has the same name as your little brother," Changmin said.

"Yes, it was a bit of a shock at first, but I quickly got over it after I told myself that people could have the same name."

"That's true ..." Changmin sighed, "And now I want to know about my own mother ... You know, daughters are lucky to have grown up with their mothers. With us, we don't even know about our father as well, and it's unfortunate that us males have to live in a corrupt country without the luxury of growing up with both parents, much less one."

"I'm sorry," Jihyo reached forward and grabbed Changmin's hand, leading him to sit down next to her and stroked his hand in assurance,

"Maybe I can help you find her? If you remember some unique traits about her, then I can look around."

"That's okay. I've been living on my own for thirteen years without her, so I've almost forgotten about her already," Changmin said.

"But still, you want that warmth ..." Jihyo whispered.

"I know, but you can't have everything in life and I'm willing to give up on seeing her again. Besides, if I wanted some motherly warmth, I can always get it from you," Changmin smirked playfully.

"Oh, you ..." Jihyo said grabbing at her cheeky boyfriend's cheek and gave it a pinch. They both looked up when they heard a knock on the door and a voice,

"Thirty minutes are up."

Changmin let out a pitiful whine, "But I don't want to go yet."

"You have to," Jihyo smiled, "I don't want you getting hurt because you're with me."

"I won't. I got Yunho-hyung with me."

"You brat," Jihyo chuckled and got up to answer the door. Yunho walked in and got a glare from Changmin.

"What?"

"Don't worry about him, he's sad that we're parting," Jihyo smirked and Changmin bristled in embarrassment,

"Nuna!"

"Now, make sure you get back to your rooms safely," Jihyo said sternly when both Yunho and Changmin walked out of her room.

"We will Jihyo-sshi," Yunho smiled and placed an arm around the younger boy who brushed his hand off with a huff,

"Hyung!"

Yunho and Jihyo chuckled at the outburst while Changmin walked to the elevators in irritation, hoping to get away from the laughing pair and to save himself from feeling even more embarrassed than how he was at the moment. Yunho began to follow after him, but was stopped when Jihyo touched his arm,

"Wait, Yunho-sshi ..."

"Yes?" Yunho turned around.

"Please don't tell Changmin about me and Sungjong ... I don't want him to know," Jihyo whispered.

"I understand. I won't tell him if you don't want me to. It's your business and no one else's," Yunho assured the older girl. Jihyo smiled,

"You're a great friend and a good ally."

"Hyung! Hurry up!" Changmin called from the elevators. Yunho gave her another 'goodbye' before hurrying over to where the younger boy had kept the elevator doors open for him.

Yoochun was preoccupied, staring listlessly in the mirror of his dorm floor bathroom. He couldn't stop thinking about what Junsu had told him earlier that morning. The situation wasn't like what he had feared, of two siblings falling in love with each other, but what Jaejoong had for his twin brother was just the same.

He spat out the foam from his mouth and gargled some water before the bathroom door opened and in came a boy he had never seen on his dorm floor before. He cocked an eyebrow when the boy stood next to him holding an envelope. He spat out the water from his mouth and wiped his lips with the back of his hand and turned his attention to the boy.

"Seungri-sshi wanted me to give this to you. He says that your reply is needed immediately," the boy said. Yoochun furrowed his brow and took the envelope from the boy's hands and read the contents inside.

If he still wants my body ... then maybe I can use him a little bit longer ...

"Sure ... " Yoochun dismissed, "Tell him I'll be at his room later on tonight."

He waited until the boy left the bathroom before he braced his hands on the sink and stared at himself in the mirror.

I've decided ... I'm going to figure out your secret, Junsu. Just you wait.
