I apologized to the stars above me.
I know that a million "Sorry's",
could never mend the cracks I've made.
The promise that we made,
I distanced myself from it.
I never wanted any pity,
any hatred from you.
Especially you,
the one whom I grew to love and cherish.
It's sad to see the broken remains,
scattered on the floor like broken glass.
One touch,
is all it takes to shed my impure blood,
poisoning what was once genuine.

has a future without such promise,
